3. Code of Conduct and Access Termination

• Respectful Environment: The institute promotes a respectful and safe learning environment dedicated to Torah study. Any form of harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior during live sessions or within community forums will not be tolerated.
• Right of Exclusion: Instituto Torah Or reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a user's access to courses, memberships, and platforms without a refund if these behavioral standards are breached.

4. Educational Services, Consultations, and Donations

• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify course schedules, pricing, topics, or rabbinical availability at any time without prior notice.
• Typographical Errors: We reserve the right to correct products pricing errors or inadvertent typographical mistakes in descriptions or donation fields.
• Donations: All financial contributions are voluntary and subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Payments, Billing, and Recurring Memberships

• Currency: All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
• Payment Methods: Payments and automatic subscription renewals are processed securely via the methods made available through our Shopify gateway.
• Automatic Cancellation: Orders or access requests with failed, declined, or disputed payments will result in the immediate and automatic cancellation of services or platform access.
• Recurring Billing: By subscribing to a monthly membership, you authorize automatic recurrent billing until you formally cancel the service.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

All interactions involving physical goods (such as the Tzedakah Box) or requests for refunds are subject to our published Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

4. Servicios Educativos, Consultas y Donaciones

• Modificaciones: Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar los horarios de los cursos, precios, temarios o la disponibilidad rabínica en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.
• Errores Tipográficos: Nos reservamos el derecho de corregir errores de precios o fallos tipográficos involuntarios en las descripciones de productos o en los campos de donación.
• Donaciones: Todas las contribuciones financieras, son voluntarias y se rigen por nuestra Política de Reembolsos y Devoluciones.

5. Pagos, Facturación y Membresías Recurrentes

• Moneda: Todas las transacciones se procesan en dólares estadounidenses (USD).
• Métodos de Pago: Los pagos y las renovaciones automáticas de suscripciones se procesan de forma segura a través de los métodos disponibles en nuestra pasarela de Shopify.
• Cancelación Automática: Los pedidos o solicitudes de acceso con pagos fallidos, rechazados o disputados resultarán en la cancelación inmediata y automática de los servicios o del acceso a la plataforma.
• Facturación Recurrente: Al suscribirse a una membresía mensual, usted autoriza los cargos recurrentes automáticos hasta que cancele formalmente el servicio.

6. Envíos, Devoluciones y Reembolsos
